Chimayo Red Chile Rubbed Sirloin & Bacon Wrapped Scallops - The scallops are in a red chile cream sauce. Served with asparagus and poblano mashed potatoes. $29.00
Green Chile Mango Glazed Sea Bass - Served with red pepper risotto and sauteed vegetables. $24.00
